I've been four times, and every time has been delicious. My favorite is the chorizo breakfast burrito. The eggs are fresh and perfectly cooked (no dry eggs here), the potatoes are hash browns instead of cubes which is way better, the chorizo is perfect. My husband says the bacon is also perfectly cooked.
We have loved how consistent the quality/taste has been. We used to go to another place for burritos but we have been officially converted. This stuff is amazing!

This place is so good every time I come here. I don’t commonly clear my meal in one sitting. I do with the food here.
Wish I had a picture of this burrito, but I ate it too fast! This is the number one breakfast burrito in Colorado and it’s not even close!! I had the combo chorizo and bacon. Everything was cooked perfect including the tortilla!! Everything was perfectly proportioned!! This place, took me to Flavortown for sure!!

The salsas, grilled onions, and peppers are also noted. The food is fresh, satiating, healthy, and made with love.
The truck is locally owned and operated, and the customer service is awesome and top notch. The staff are always super pleasant, nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. It is a favorite go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with customers visiting frequently from the neighborhood and driving from miles away. Once you try it, you will be hooked and guaranteed to return.
