Excellent chicken and shrimp dish. It was sizzling on the plate when it arrived. The grilled mushrooms and onions were very good. The garlic mashed potatoes were good, although a little dry.
Food was pretty good but service could’ve used a little more attention. Bar tender was super busy.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers polite and efficient service, making it a great spot for watching games and enjoying Happy Hour. Despite a weird night, the food quality stands out, especially the chicken wonton tacos. The lunch experience was positive, with friendly staff and good service. Customers mention that the steak was cooked as ordered. The large bar area has lots of TVs, with Happy Hour every day from 3-6pm & 9-close offering drink specials and 1/2 price appetizers. The restaurant features a friendly manager who helps guests get seated and assists the wait staff. The atmosphere is good, and the service is generally attentive, although recent reviews note that the staff can be understaffed during busy times, leading to longer waits for drinks. The food is usually good, with some customers enjoying dishes like the bourbon street burger and a variety of appetizers. Overall, Applebee's is a recommended place for a quick, reasonably priced meal with a lively environment.
