nearly 30 minutes into waiting tmin the drive thru for an order I packed to pick up. Tried to reach the location to ask if I could come and get it but no one answered and I dont want to my place in line. The guy's excuse was that he was the only one there. If you can't staff a location, maybe it shouldn't be open. I got cold frickin' food. The excuse was he was the only working. Not acceptable, don't have the staff? Don't be open. Thanks for the experience. I hope that you stub your toe on the corner of the most painful surface you have, and then just as it's about to be fully healed, it happens again.

Great service at this location. Always got to get a Jamocha Shake at Arby's. It's the best. Sometimes get it thru the drive thru if I am not hungry. If you never had a Jamocha Shake, you have to try one. French Dip roast beef with dipping sauce. And don't forget the awesome curly fries!

The staff there today were awesome. They prepped us for a small wait for fresh fries and potato cakes. Worth the 5 minute wait.
