Still love the root beer & the food was hot but chicken wasn't completely cooked. Mac was ok and the biscuit was still doughy. My son's burger was good. It reminded me of why I don't spend my money here, but today was kid choice. Ended up throwing away the entire chicken strip combo!

Went a couple hours ago. Had to pull around and wait 15 minutes. Order was completely wrong and drinks were wrong size with no ice. So now my drive thru trip took over 30 minutes and had to go inside. Don’t recommend and I won’t be back

Consistently wrong on there burgers I’ve been twice and had to have burgers remade 3 times and always have to pull around to the parking lot and wait another 5-10 mins. Don’t recommend this location

Terry and the staff make this the BEST A&W I have ever been to. Always being greeted with a smile and Terry coming around to check on us during our meal are friendly touches you don't get anywhere else. Check them out, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

After sharing with Terry, who is an A&W employee at the Quincy and Buckley location, that my partner loves A&W but since I've been in Colorado every time I go there my order isn't right Terry, his manager Alexander and the rest of their crew went out of the way to make sure I had an awesome meal. The customer service, food, cleanliness and atmosphere were excellent. Best papa burger I've ever had

Terry at the front counter is as good as they come. Very friendly and made each and every customer feel taken care of. As other have echoed in their reviews, I got home only to find out that my biscuits were missing. Drove back to the store and Terry recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. I’m not one for writing reviews, but Terry 100% deserves the recognition.

as a manager of retail i know how hard it is to find employees who enjoy their work; this store has done it tho! lady at the window and the new hire they were training and the guy who came out with him were both super enjoyable people.

Ordered an almost 45 dollar order realized...sat in the drive thru for what seemed like forever…then when I finally made it home relized, we didn't get the lg lemon cake I ordered. Tried calling multiple times, and they never answered.

Bought 2 half gallon bags of Root Beer. Stopped to eat lunch. When we came back, one bag had leaked approximately half or one bag out. We went back to the store. I didn't go in as I thought that it would be an easy deal. My wife said that they didn't want to give her a new bag and told her to fill her own. I could see her through the window that she was waiting to fill her bag. She did and came back to the car. We went home and again about half of obw of the bags leaked.We will not go back to that store. Now I have Root Beer syrup that had leaked all over Ii our new car (Just bought in January).

Food isn't very good. My partner got piece of his chicken missing from bone and our float tasted like the ice cream had a weird taste. All I can say was cust service was the only thing good.

Got the Tuesday Papa special and was highly dissatisfied! The root beer was awful obviously needed to change the syrup, the fries were awful, cold and tasted like they were from the day before. The hamburgers were cold and had more pickles than beef. Definitely not worth my drive there. Wasn’t fresh or appetizing at all! Sadly the experience was a thumbs down.
