Does not have the crispy texture other bbq chickens have had

Chicken wings are crispy even with the sauce. The secret sauce is sooo good I was trying to get every ounce of sauce off with the fries.

The food is great however I came up there about a refund for never receiving my food from doordash. The employee there where very rude and shrugged their shoulders. Customer service is terrible
bb.q Chicken might be more familiar to Kdrama fans who’ve seen it featured as a chimaek (chicken and beer) spot. But even if you’re not into Kdrama, this place is definitely a must-go for Korean fried chicken. We’ve come back several times for the boneless half-and-half (original and secret sauce) which is tasty and juicy every time! I also love the sweet potato fries and the rice serving is huge for a petite Asian. I wish they would introduce more side dish options, like kimchi (since they have kimchi fried rice anyway) for variety, esp because the pickled radish kinda gets boring when it’s your 5th time in the resto. We also love the atmosphere during off-peak hours when you can hear Kpop music playing in the background, and the robot that delivers your food is quite a novelty, too.

Pretty average, decent service, good portion size, freshly prepared.
The boneless wings are not breast or white meat; they are chicken thighs. They are not high quality either, and poorly trimmed. Out of 9 pieces, 2 had a piece of bone or joint that was not edible that I bit into and had to spit out. Gross.
The sauces are pretty good but there are many to choose from and they are too similar to each other.
Overall ok, but it’s a fast casual chain and there is better quality Korean fried chicken out there.

My boss and I came here for lunch. It was okay, he wanted a barbecue, so it was a little disappointing that it was just chicken wings. I only had two chicken wings.Thank goodness I did not have more as within two hours I was extremely sick. Had to have been food poisoning because that is the only thing I ate all day!

Our waitress yesterday was so kind and she really went over and beyond, which is incredible because she’s the only one we ever saw working the tables.
We got fries, coleslaw, and both the honey garlic and Galbi flavored boneless wings. And of course the yogurt soju (by far the best flavor!) and everything was delicious!

Got a sandwich and some wings. Hot and spicy is great! Good heat level. Soy garlic is similarly excellent. Good service!
