Placed an order tonight and instead of getting an alert that they had issues at the building and the pizza would NOT be delivered I had to call to get the ETA and was then told after I already waited an hour sorry you will not be getting your pizza.

The good arrived cold, so no idea how it would have tasted fresh. It appears this location uses Door Dash or some other third party for deliveries. The driver did not speak English at all, all he could do was mumble and point at his phone for me to sign. He took 30 minutes to drive less than three miles, which would explain my cold food. I also paid for a couple of ranch cups, which he dropped them both on my porch, one busted open and he just acted like he did nothing wrong. He took the empty cup with him, left the mess on my porch AND he put the enjoy ranch cup in my gutter.......the hell. I won't be ordering from this livingy again.
Comment Added 2/10/26 I email the requested account the next day, after they asked me to. No one has still reached out to me almost two months later. I have moved on to a different pizza options. Thanks.

Ordered online, it was delivered by door dash. The food tasted very old. Almost like a freezer burn type taste. Idk old cheese or something. The door dash driver called said they didn't have our order, I called the store. They were very nice and polite and let me know a different driver had just left and we did get our order ok that part was fine there was just an old weird taste

Every time we order from here,they forget our order,or they don't have drivers..but do not want to relate that information to their clients. Thought we would give them one more chance,but again tonight we waited over an hr and half for our food. We called 3 times time and still we keep getting told our order is on the way .I don't understand. I'm sure they waist so much food because they are always over on the time,make the wrong order and loose the order. This is beyond frustrating. Do not order from here.

I didn’t get my order, I have been ordering here for years. Not anymore though. The day time manager had an attitude and I was being reasonable, he want the person who can’t read addresses. But he offered to call me back after a few mins. He never did. I am sure he just left soon after. Also I didn’t even start to call in till 1.5 hours after the order. I had to keep calling until the nighttime manager was able to help me with something simple. Worst customer service. Not sure how he became manager. Also Alameda blackjacks has cheaper pricing, make sure to skip Quincy.

Black jack is already the best chain pizza in Colorado but this specific location over achieves every single time. I have met numerous staff members that always make sure to accommodate my needs at no cost and they are what keeps my family and I coming back!
