We were at the Buffalo Wild Wings Southlands location on Tuesday November 25th and I wanted to share our experience and a few thoughts. It was right before Thanksgiving and the restaurant was packed. We frequent this location and the staff was overwhelmed. But they did their best to overcome the chaos. Here to shoutout to Ben, the manager. What an incredibly helpful and kind person. I had a lot of trouble with an online order and he was so patient and helpful and I really appreciated it. His whole team was on top of it.
We have been to this location a few times. Last time we came here, the waitress let my five year old son push the button under the table to call the robots. This time the waitress refused and that is the whole reason we went back to this restaurant because my five year old really wanted to see the robots and push the button.
