This BK kind of struggled for a bit there about 5 years ago, so we stopped going. But gotta say in the last couple years here I've been going at least once a week and the staff is great. Food is consistent to what you would expect from BK. Awesome job on the turn around and whomever is hiring / training.

Always get the order wrong at drive up. Ordered cheese on 2 sandwiches. One had none. Receipt showed I paid for cheese. Not found till I got home. Not worth driving back for a slice of cheese. But can't sit there in lot taking airway every item. Why is this difficult? It's common.

I ran into a problem at the Burger King on Federal and mayonnaise when I got back to my side of town I open my hamburger and it was just full of ketchup and mayonnaise grotesquely put on I thought maybe I would come over to the Burger King on Chambers and I talked to Jose and explain to him the situation and without question he made right by the franchise and made a really good like experience for me in a lot to me because that was my last $10 that I had spent to get that food...
