Big guy in the drive thru is very hard to understand. He didn’t give me any napkins or ketchup. Just the bag and turned his back and walked away. I kept calling out for ketchup but had to park and go inside to get what I needed because goofing off was more important than helping the customer.

Burger King in Abilene Marketplace. The menu is the usual Burger King selections. I got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a small coffee. Compared to other BKs the bacon was overcooked, but the sandwich was okay otherwise. The coffee is average at best.

Service at the drive-through was prompt and polite. It did take a little while to get my food, but that was only because the same person was manning the counter and the drive-through.

I’ve been to this Burger King location several times, and it never ceases to amaze me!

The management and staff are consistently on top of their game, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The place is always spotless, inside and out, which really makes a difference.

The food is always served hot and prepared exactly as ordered—something that's increasingly rare these days.
