Went through drive through around 13:35-1345. Poor customer service.

This ain't like the ones in the south. Inside doesn't feel great. Food takes a bit of time to get. Andrea that works there hates her job clearly. Handed us the wrong order and when we tried to hand the order back to get correct order she just froze like a deer in headlights. Had to call her by name to get her to start functioning as a person again. Good also doesn't taste great compared to the ones back home in Alabama.

Chick-fil-A is hands down one of the best fast-food chains I've ever had the pleasure of trying, and I've been a regular for some time now. As an Aussie, I’m pretty picky when it comes to good food, but every time I pick up a takeout order from Chick-fil-A, it’s nothing short of amazing. The chicken is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the waffle fries? They're addictive, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus, the sauces—they really know how to do it right!

Sure, the wait times can be a bit long, and there are always heaps of people there, but honestly, that just proves how good it is. When something’s this popular, you know it's worth the wait. I’ve yet to be disappointed by a single order, and it’s become my go-to comfort meal after a long day. Five stars, no doubt about it!

This location and its customer service is going way down- you would think full grown adult men could get the job done but the last two times have shown me that chic fil a customer service and food is just not the same and very unpleasant to go inside for a quick drink.

I usually come yo this location and I know they got busy, but someone needs to be able to to talk to you and answer questions. I stopped by to get ice tea and a bag of ice on the curbside, took fore And no one showed up so I decided to got down to pick up my self, only one cashier and didn't nit spoke to me. Took me more then 20 minutes total to get to items. Very frustrating to on top of waiting no one was available to answer my question.

I'm a medical provider. I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and the guy when I rolled down the window could see I was on the phone. I was walking a family member through giving CPR to someone on their floor and your employee began shouting over my phone call to go through my order, and then shouted it a second time when I kept talking on the phone. I had to stop giving directions for a moment because your employee was screaming about a chicken sandwich.
