Avoid using Mobile Order because drive thru orders are way faster and prioritized over mobile order. It took 10min after scanning for my food to arrive. Instead it should be faster than Drive Thru yet they are served first! 5 star for food and staff service but Chikfila need to figure out better way of serving mobile orders

Ashlyn is awesome. I want to applaud her. I was picking up a dinner in the mobile lane and staff could not find the order. Ashlyn came out and apologized multiple times. She ran back in and tried to find why the order did not show up. She came back out and took a picture of our order off my phone and went back in. She came back out minutes later with our food and drinks. I understand that things happen and they are out of our control. I wanted to show my gratitude to Ashlyn for her hard work. This time of year people are grumpy and can be real jerks and leave negative reviews. That’s not me. Sure there was an issue and it took some time out of my day but Ashlyn got it handled very well. I wanted to leave this review because no one ever leaves positive feedback. I don’t judge someone based off a mistake but how they handle them self and how they fix the issue. Ashly again thank you for everything your a huge asset that that team.

This was the worst Chick-fil-A food I’ve ever had. I’m not sure why but the quality of the food was terrible. The chicken in my salad was like burnt ends and it was all lettuce without as many of the typical toppings. Seems like they might be cutting corners.

What is the Public Improvement Fee for an extra $0.97? A fee to purchase your food? I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of additional fees to patronize your business. Next time I'll use my air fryer instead of being force-fed unwelcome charges.

Line moves quick, it's a newer location so some of the training leaves a bit to be desired, some of these kids have no problem solving skills. But overall it's consistent & delicious. I do wish they would do well-done fries.

Ordered my food on doordash at 7:00 p.m. was still waiting for it to be made by 8:00 kept going till 8:10 finally just canceled my order. If it should take this long to make something so simple they should be out of business.

My fiance and I eat here often. However the service has seemed to be not too good lately. The last 4 or 5 times we’ve gotten food there, my fiance has been completely ignored while waiting for our online order. Usually we get asked a name for the food and it is grabbed for him, but those times they have asked his name and walked away and not bring anything or just don’t talk to him at all, especially when there is an employee standing right at the mobile order spot. Specifically this one older guy, not sure of his name. He had been standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for our food before he finally had to ask.

This new location is quick and smart with their 2 drive thru lanes. 1 for people to order now and 1 for people who did mobile orders already to get through quicker! 💯

First, they are very slow. Took 6 mins to get 1 biscuit with 4 cars in the drive thru. Second the mobile thru thing is a joke. Someone pulled into the regular drive thru 2 minutes after i checked in and got his food before me. They do not prioritize the mobile orders or even firet come first serve. Do not recommend.

They’ve messed up my order multiple times, and the quality of the food is not good enough in this particular location. Also they keep charging a PIF fee, which is not required by law. I would rather go back to Southlands, because they know how to service their customers and not overcharge them.
