I haven't been to a Chili's in at least 15 years. Met some of friends at lunch on the weekend for drinks and appetizers. I was very impressed by the staff : super attentive and genuinely friendly. Thank you, we will be back!

Came here last night. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, and did an excellent job. Our food came out at a reasonable time, and everything genuinely tasted great. However, I acquired food poisoning after this meal and had to be taken to urgent care. I’m not entirely sure which food item made me so sick, but I just wanted to make anyone reading aware.

When I received my food I was looking for my Mac and cheese and I did not see it I am vary tick off about the I would vary much like a refund on the Mac and cheese and the food was cold and and my French fries were gross vary tick off

Always great service! The food has gone downhill in the last few years. A lot of the food is over cooked and rubbery.
Chili's is one of our favorite spots to stop at when we are out and about. It is consistently good food and the service is always good as well. We appreciate the fact that you can get decent food and the price is better than a lot of fast food spots lately. Thank you Chili's for not overpricing!

The service has really gone downhill here recently. I've been in here a couple times in the past month or so, and walked out both times because of the service. No greeting. No acknowledgement. Nothing. If it was busy, I could see a delay. But to be there more than 10 minutes without even a "I'll be with you in a few minutes" is ridiculous.
