Usually I always order it on line and pick up. Almost everytime well past the time I confirm. The employees are always either rude or hat that I come to the front amd am just asking g to pick my order up. I understand their busy but please don't take it out on me when I'm just there to pick up and get out of your way.

I arrived at approximately 4:00 PM. The establishment was not particularly crowded, as it was prior to the peak dining period. While there were an adequate number of employees present, the majority of them appeared to be idle while one employee was responsible for both food preparation and cash handling. Regrettably, my order was incorrectly prepared, and although the staff offered to rectify the error, the queue of customers had grown significantly. Additionally, I observed that...

I had an exceptional dining experience at Chipotle, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Melissa and Saray. Their attentive and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. From helping me customize my order to ensuring everything was just right, their attention to detail and genuine warmth stood out. Kudos to Melissa and Saray for going above and beyond to make my meal memorable. Chipotle has truly found two remarkable team members who elevate the dining experience.
