This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered food and waited 30 minutes to be told what I ordered wasn't available. Upon asking for a refund I was told I'd have to wait for a manager. The employee tells the manager, with a mocking tone, in front of me that "he wants a refund because we don't have his bagel"... it's a really classy place, if you feel like waiting around and wasting your time just to be treated like garbage come here!

What a cluster…stood in line for 20 minutes before they finally told us the registers were down and they couldn’t take any orders! Really? What happened to common sense and a calculator. What ever did we do before “sophisticated” Point of Sales devices?

This is the worst Einsteins I have ever been to. No customer service and always seems to be out of bagels.How does a bagel place run out of bagels lol. Employees act like you’re disservice they do not greet you. They do not say anything.

Don’t go here .I ordered 2 coffees and a simple bagel.They took 20+ mins to make the order and they mess up the coffee (that’s fine no big deal)and the ONLY thing I said was NO BACON on my bagel …I get bacon…. I tried to call the store like 5x to politely explain …since I’m not in the area at the moment, but I’d be willing to come back if they waited for me.They close at 2pm I been calling since 1:30pmMind you - the restaurant was practically dead - employees were just gossiping with each other ….I hope someone in corporate or higher up in management reads this because it was such an awful experience

Cashier that was here at 10:30 AM was possibly one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Food came cold when it was supposed to be hot. Was given the wrong food and when asked for the correct food was given a huge attitude and had very nasty things said to us. Will never come back to this location. It wasn’t even busy and they were that rude I wouldn’t want to be here during a busy time.

I got called in on short notice to fill a shift. Now, that's normally not a problem, but in looking for a place to grab a quick bite and kinda Macdonald out, I came across Einstein Bagels located at 16495 E 40th Circle. I thought this would be a pleasant change from my usual breakfast fare of a sausage McMuffin and I wasn't disappointed. They have a brisket and egg breakfast bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Egg, brisket and cheese on a Jalapeno bagel got my day off to a great start. Service was fast and friendly, despite the breakfast crowd rush, and filled me up. I would have taken a nap afterwards, but the boss, tolerant though he may be, would have been slightly perturbed had he caught me checking my eyelids for light leaks. So if you need a break from the standard breakfast fare that will definitely get your day off to a great start, might I suggest Einstein Bros. Bagels, 16495 E 40th Circle in Aurora. Great food, reasonably priced, and quite hearty. Bravo Zulu guys.

Super unwelcoming. The whole team in the kitchen looked so sad during the rush. Only two people and one person in the register at 9am is uncanny. This is why America is struggling. Mangers are overworking they’re employees and cause them unneeded stresses. The old white lady on the register was extremely rude and dismissive. No team work at all. Literally the WORST treatment I’ve ever seen. That old white lady is super rude to her employees and today I over heard her raise her voice at the register. So unprofessional. I asked an employee for her name and it’s Barbra. She looks at the customers when we need help and continues to make drinks. Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I don’t know how she’s still running this place. Very rude and inconsiderate. This store needs new management

Ordered online and it said it would take 15-20 minutes. Got there a little after 20 mins and ended up waiting a whole hour there. I asked the lady, who may be the manager, if my order was almost done and she said yes and it still never came out. Turns out my order had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long but they lost the order receipt or something. No apology or anything. My bag had been sitting there and I got cold food.

Most of the time they have great customer service but today my to go order was instead of being on the to go shelf was held up at the counter so I waited for them to bring it to the shelving and when I didn’t come up to the front one of the female employees decided to instead of being kind about it decided to say “next time come up front and grab your order” with the biggest attitude I’ve ever gotten from an employee guess staff was on edge today and decided to take it out on a customer not to mention I asked for not toasted and it was toasted

This place is a absolute mess. No management going on whatever. Trash is overflowing on to the floor. Guys in the back had no motivation and were just plain out slow. Out of stock of almost every bagel, how is a bagel shop out of 90 percent of their bagels!? The girl at the register was doing her best and keeping herself professional. Waited for over 30 minutes for a bagel sandwich is insane. To upper management you need to take control of your store and support your staff better or shut down this location. Im shocked this place even a a 3.2 rating.

Under staffed. One person in the front doing a great job trying to manage taking/delivering orders, making drinks, and maintaining professionalism with angry customers. Two people in the back cooking at what seems to be a very very slow pace (ordered online 45 minutes ago and still do not have my food or coffee). My rating is to headquarters because this location does not feel supported and hasn’t changed in the last few years. It is always understaffed and very very slow. Upper management needs to make changes to support their employees who are doing their best in a situation where they are set up to fail.
