I got called in on short notice to fill a shift. Now, that's normally not a problem, but in looking for a place to grab a quick bite and kinda Macdonald out, I came across Einstein Bagels located at 16495 E 40th Circle. I thought this would be a pleasant change from my usual breakfast fare of a sausage McMuffin and I wasn't disappointed. They have a brisket and egg breakfast bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Super unwelcoming. The whole team in the kitchen looked so sad during the rush. Only two people and one person in the register at 9am is uncanny. This is why America is struggling. Mangers are overworking they’re employees and cause them unneeded stresses. The old white lady on the register was extremely rude and dismissive. No team work at all. Don’t blame your employees, Blame management

Literally the WORST treatment I’ve ever seen. That old white lady is super rude to her employees and today I over heard her raise her voice at the register. So unprofessional. I asked an employee for her name and it’s Barbra. She looks at the customers when we need help and continues to make drinks. Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I don’t know how she’s still running this place. Very rude and inconsiderate. This store needs new management
