This place sucks. They get annoyed and don’t know how to make your order. I told him my daughter was allergic to cashews and pistachios. Told me they haven’t used it all day and was super annoyed by what I had said. She continued to make our order and it was all wrong. Love this place it’s over expensive and customer service sucks. You think when you work with customers, ice cream and kids, you would at least have a smile on your face and be kind to the children.

Don’t order/pick up cakes from this store. They are old, expired & they taste horrible. I tried to bring it to their attention & got absolutely zero response. It’s $45 for a tiny little cake… wasn’t even editable. Freezer burn.Parking: Parking is difficult at this store- lots of other stores/restaurants in this strip mall. Nothing designated for cold stone.

The cake inside the ice cream cake was hard and tasted stale. I went in to speak with a manager or owner. A worker said I could not call. Had to email only. I sent this email, with my phone number and email. It has been several weeks and no response at all. Never going to the Buckley location again.Here is the email;Hello Anjali,I had to let you know about the cake I picked up on Monday, 10/9.I have never had a bad cake from Coldstone before. The cakes are always so good. We even order a little larger cake so we will have enough for those wanting seconds.We have been ordering from Coldstone in Southlands. My daughter picks it up on her way home.I wanted to start ordering from your Buckley store because it is close to home and easier for me to get cakes.This cake was ordered with yellow cake.Something is wrong with your yellow cake. It was hard and very dry. It tasted old and stale.I suspect either you do not sell many yellow cakes and this one expired in your freezer.Or the cakes you have did not get rotated, and the newer inventory is used first. While this one sat and expired.The ice cream part of the cake is great as usual. We just have to cut the cake part off and discard it.I thought you should know.Thank you,Bob Hunt

Placed a large birthday cake order. It looked beautiful & tasted great. A mix up on decoration but they want above and beyond to correct right away going so far as to personally deliver to our house. We will be ordering again!

Visited Cold Stone Creamery with high expectations for a strawberry ice cream cake. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The strawberries tasted freezer burned, and the cake was extremely dry, leading to a disappointing taste and texture. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and service was top-notch. However, the quality of the dessert left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve the freshness of their ingredients in the future.

UPDATE: Within about a day of my writing this review, someone finally reached out to resolve my issue. I am udating from 1 star to 3 stars because the amount of time it took to get this taken care of was unreasonable.I usually have no problems with this location, but if you do have an issue, follow up is nonexistent.I ordered delivery and the store gave the driver the wrong order (the driver was Doordash and the ticket was Uber; the name was nowhere close to mine). When I called the store to tell them they said they knew and had remade the other order and they could redo mine and request a new driver from Doordash.After an hour and no redelivery I called the store again. They told me they forgot to call but I could just come get my order because it was made and sitting in the freezer.I drove down there to get my order and I requested the delivery fee and driver tip be refunded to which they said of course.I got home and my order was wrong! There was something full of peanut butter and none of our items should have had PB.Called thre store, AGAIN and asked that I be refunded for that item in addition to the delivery fee and tip. Was told again, of course they would add that to the receipt they had set aside to process the refund.4 days later, the full charge processed on my card.I have called the store many times requesting management, owner, ANYONE to call me back so we can resolve this. This incident happened April 28th; its May 23rd and still nothing.

The ice cream is of course wonderful. But my mom used to own the store and the customer service has definitely changed. She would have never. I walk in no one says hi. Just an awkward weird vibe. I will not be back to this location.

Once. Just once, I wish they would hire someone who will actually mix the ice cream. That's why we go to Cold Stone, right? So they can mix the ice cream on the cold stone with the add ins so the ice cream doesn't melt. It's like getting an ice cream burrito, add in's clustered in the middle and ice cream on the outside. They can't even be bothered to break up things like Reese cups. If you get two kinds of ice cream it's like just getting two scoops, not mixed. Then they slop it into the cup with their ice cream covered hands, rarely bother to wipe it off, shove it in a bag and toss in your spoons. The issue is, when I get home with the bag it looks like I tossed the bag down the stairs. The ice cream is all over the inside of the bag. The spoons are sticky. The containers are sticky. I have to peel everything out of the bag, wipe it all down, and usually put it in my own bowl to mix it properly, so I'm not eating an ice cream burrito. Then it's a melted sloppy mess and I'm left wondering why I paid so much when I have to redo it at home. The kids are always polite here, but I'd rather less friendly employees and mixed ice cream. I never want to make a bad review for a small business, but it's just happened so many times.

Usually this location has awesome staff, however my last visit was awful. The 2 staff members made fun of the people and their order before me and then proceeded to chat while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. It was apparent that neither one of them wanted to take my order. Finally, one of them reluctantly helped me and slammed my ice cream on the slab to show her displeasure of actually having to work. Won't be going back.

We ordered online and didn't get our add ins to our ice cream. Seems like there's no attention to detail anymore. As a manager of a retail store I'll say it's very important.
