First time eating mexican sushi and what a surprise! It was amazing. We had ordered: The norteño roll, the tres quesos roll, and the tempura roll and we enjoyed every part of these meals. Will definitely be back! Claudia was an amazing server and was very attentive!

Walked in and no hostess. When she did arrive (after someone had to go get her), she did not provide much of greeting and took us to a table. The place was pretty empty because it was mid-afternoon, and yet it still took several minutes for a server to come over to acknowledge us (2 servers and the hostess were standing around chatting near the drink area though).It was a while longer to be offered a drink and I had to repeat my order several times, since I don’t speak Spanish and that seems that is what the waitress primarily spoke. We also did not receive any silverware, so we had to ask for that too when we got our empanadas, but had no way of eating them.I will say this… What this places lacks in service, was somewhat made up for with the delicious food. $17 for empanadas was a bit steep, but they were tasty and filling. Tacos were also delicious, filling and well presented. Just know if you don’t speak Spanish, don’t anticipate a very warm welcome. Or that’s at least how we were made to feel.A separate note to the owner of this establishment… it is illegal in the State of CO to charge your customers a 2% credit card surcharge fee when it is not posted anywhere, and your customers don’t know about it. I looked several places (to include on your hostess desk, on the table, the menus and even on the $69 bill) and the charge is not publicly posted.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! 1st the food was trash and they ran out of rice at 3 PM! If you are known for sushi how do you run out of rice at 3PM! The drinks were trash! They were expensive and tasted like nothing! Next when it was time to pay they tried to charge us more! They tried to charge us more saying it was for gratuity. Wrong on there menu it said gratuity would be included for groups of 6 or more there was only 4 of us. Each receipt they provided us had different amounts. When confronted they did not own up to it and completely avoided us. We asked for the manager and the manager never showed up! They took no accountability! So my recommendation do not go here unless you want to get robbed! This place is not worth it! Coco pirate would be a better option! Save yourself a trip and the stress! Will never be going back! All they do is try to steal your money!

Very very expensive place. The food is not the best, it has no flavor at all. A ceasar salad with a piece of salmon waa$33.00. Not worth it at all.
Menu is really small. Nothing like the LA location. Drinks were ok. Vibe is not at all like the California locations. If you're looking for that-this isn't it. $600 for 4 adults was the bill. Prices they charged were not the same as listed on menu.
