First time In four years that I’ve been here. It’s also the last time I will be here.
Ordered at the counter. Cashier rang it up as Drive thru and they gave my food away at the drive thru. Fifteen minutes later, they refuse to give me food that they concede I’ve paid for and admitted giving it away to someone else, without calling my number. Not until I got Bank of America on the line and start challenging the charge as fraudulent will they do anything to rectify...read full review
Showed up at the pickup window at 1015pm tonight for an order that we prepaid for through the Del Taco app and worker told us that the kitchen was closed (but the hours listed are until 1030pm????), at which point we rightfully asked for a refund. We were left to wait at the window for 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement or any type of action to get us our money back. Super unprofessional, disappointing and frustrating if your sign says you don’t close until 1030pm....read full review
