On a Saturday night they only had 1 server for the whole restaurant which was a shame the server was great but because he was the only one it was taking for ever to be seated to get drinks. Food arrived quick but some of the food was not done correctly. We also hear an issue going on between the poor server and cooks. I feel like the owners need to make sure the restaurant is fully staffed specifically for a weekend and not put their employees into so much pressure. The severe was stressed but was doing everything he could and kept us happy so he gets a 5 star 🌟

Ordered take out online and selected curbside option. Online showed food was ready at 9:33pm and we arrived at 9:35pm to pick up. There’s no option to notify that you have arrived so we waited in the car in front of doors for a few minutes, when we realized no one was coming even though 2 servers looked out to the car my husband decided to get down and go inside. He was told the food was not ready yet so we had to wait a little over 10 mins. We were finally given the food at 9:50pm. When we got the food we realized the bag felt cold so we opened the food while in the car and noticed all fries and burgers we ordered were completely cold. One of the burger meals had about 5-6 french fries and the other burger meal had 3 onion rings. I am currently pregnant and we come to Dennys often so this has been an extremely disappointing and inconvenient value of customer service and quality of food. Next time i am craving a burger i will remember to take my business across the street to Red Robin.
