They refreshers are the best.
Mikey and the team were SOOOO nice I mean definitely if I could give them even more stars I could. Traveling from Madison and was met with overwhelming enthusiasm and kindness if your ever in the area definitely checkout. I was absolutely blown away the food and coffee were also perfect and amazing again service was outstanding and everything is 100/10. Def checkout
They charged me 1$ for having no ice and .15 cents for an extra pump. Im definitely no stranger to dunkin, I go at least 2 times a week to get a coffee and I have never been charged before like that.

This Dunkin' location has built a strong reputation since it first opened. Many customers describe the team as nice, kind, welcoming, and patient, with service that goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. One visitor traveling from Madison was blown away by the overwhelming enthusiasm and kindness, calling the food and coffee perfect and amazing and the service outstanding. A first-time customer who stopped by with some of the guys got food and drinks quick and said the service was excellent and they will be back. A regular who comes at least two times a week mentioned being charged for no ice and an extra pump, which felt weird, but other regulars say they have never had a problem or anything wrong with their order. Every worker is described as very polite, and the managers were called absolutely amazing for their kindness and patience during a free tote bag promotion, even sharing in the excitement over pictures and the Dunkin' bucket. For many, this is their favorite Dunkin by far and their go-to spot, with everything always top notch.
