Breakfast sandwich really grossed me out. It didn't look presentable it was cold just seems like the lady threw it together like she can care less. Just confirms why we eat out less and less. Definitely an employee situation

Terrible service i called and asked about my order that was placed 40 mins ago. The girl that answered the phone said were very busy you can cancel if you want. I know my options i was calling to see why an order placed 40 mins ago wasnt done. The little girl that answered the phone this morning was very condescending and rude. She shouldnt work with the public. If you guys are busy on sunday heres an idea have more staff in the morning. Stop understaffing your workers. Staff according to the needs of the store. Just got my order and it was wrong of course.

Unimpressed with Einstein bagels. You cut the food quality down a level. Your bacon looks like the cheapest kind in the market and the powdered eggs was just awful. We will not be going to your business anymore.
The people were extremely nice and accommodating to our special request for our daughter. The food was delicious and the store was super clean. Top notch restaurant!

Samuel came out while the Sable & Alameda lightrail crossing rail was broken and asked us and many other stuck drivers if we wanted a bagel while we were stuck! Wonderful service and so appreciated! Thank you Einstein staff for making a bad situation manageable for so many! You ALL rock!

Ordered ahead on a Saturday morning. My food was still hot and delicious. The vanilla cold brew was delicious. Will be coming back to satisfy this new craving.

I am a frequent customer of Einstein Bagels. This was my first time at this specific location. I am beyond dissapointed at their quality of baggels and their management. I paid over $40 to receive stale baggels. I placed a to go order and I drove off on my way out of town. On the way we started to take a bite of the baggels and found they were stale. Definitely not fresh ones!! I called the location I purchased the baggels because It was very upsetting to pay for something that was not fresh and hard. I spoke to the manager and told him and he denied selling old baggels. He stated they were made same day. I told him I purchase these frequently and can tell when they are not fresh. The manager wanted me to drive back so he can see them. Like really!! What will seeing them do? You need to take a bite and try it!!!! He did not once offered me an apology nor a refund all he wanted is for me to drive back so he can see them. Had I not been on the road out of town, I would of driven back and requested him to eat one and see if he still thought they were fresh!!!! What a waste of my money!!! NEVER COME HERE, WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!??
