Gina has the BEST customer service. I was visiting Denver and was looking for something healthy and light to eat. Her açaí bowl was my favorite. I even bought a bag of her vanilla coconut crunch to take back home to Wisconsin with me.
The first time I ate at Gina's Kitchen there had been enough snow to practically close down the city, but Gina stayed open and that shows dedication to her business. It was also an exciting discovery given everything in her restaurant is gluten free and everything I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious!!
