Totally recommend My Cafe!! The food is AMAZING!!!
warm atmosphere, the food is incredible, especially the flight of pancakes! give them a chance, nowhere else in Castle Rock will you find this delicious Hawaiian cuisine.
Just picked up the mix plate, nachos and a flight of pancakes. SO UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME. If you have the means, please order food from them.

My Cafe is a counterserve coffee spot in Aurora Town Center Mall’s food court, offering Starbucks coffee, other drinks, and snacks. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, often customizing drinks like cappuccino to taste. The location has plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, and parking, though it’s not open before 11 am, which can be disappointing for early visitors.
