We joined in good faith, but the experience has been disappointing. Billing has been consistently inaccurate and inconsistent, and after speaking with many other members, it’s clear this is a widespread issue—not a one-off.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve it, there’s been no accountability or lasting fix. This raises concerns of misrepresentation and breach of contract.
