Fuyu Sushi offers a great dining experience with delicious food at a reasonable price. The sushi is made with attention to detail and love. The atmosphere is solid. Friendly sushi chefs add to the overall fantastic experience. The nigiri was amazing. The miso soup was not too salty. The gyozas had lots of flavor and were not overcooked. The chef sent out a couple custom specials on the house. The young yellowtail is recommended, light and fluffy, full of flavor. The service was on point. Hospitality had guests thinking they are definitely coming back. It is a nice environment and a good meal for sure. Great food and sushi. Drinks are good and strong. Wonderful service is always received. Great atmosphere and good music is played. The prices are also very reasonable. The "white tuna" offered is escolar.
