We read an article in Westword magazine about a new food court on East Colfax and decided to give it a try. There were quite few food trucks and we decided on HUARACHES DF. We are so glad we did! The food was excellent! My favorite was the tacos Dorados. The owner was very friendly! We will definitely be back!

The food wasn't bad but in my opinion I felt that the tacos lacked flavor in particular. I placed my order through doordash and several details did not come as I requested and it was a big inconvenience. Starting with the golden tacos, I ordered beef and without cream, however they gave me chicken and with cream. I couldn't eat the tacos because I can't eat any cream. I also ordered some salchipapas for my son and I asked for them without kapsu but they came with kapsu and he couldn't eat them. Finally I asked for 3 tamarind waters and they gave me 2 Jamaica waters and 1 cucumber water, which in my family no one likes Jamaica water and they were wasted.
