Some really interesting menu options of eye popping desserts and spicy raamen noodles w/ tapatio are found here!! These wild and different approaches to feed the public, are what brought me to this food truck. Tacos El Reydesel serves mainly Mexican food; this truck is unstoppable!! This place is located in taco truck heaven. We were visiting Colorado from Texas and this place had the best birria ramen I've ever had. We went twice the week we were there. I still think about this ramen a lot specially on cold nights in Texas. The prices are good, the quantity is more than enough and it warms up your soul.

Hell. yes! Read it again. Hell to the yes. These tacos...they are bomb, amazing, delicious...anything and everything you can think of to describe some of the most delicious tacos you've ever eaten! Definitely get the birria with cheese and you will not be disappointed. Served with fresh cilantro and onions, a delightful green salsa, and of course the consommé you dip it in. So freaking good!
