“Seated fast, great customer service. This location is new, clean, and has a nice patio area, not in the sun. Great staff.
Food was served quickly, so it came out hot and fresh. Everything at our table tasted great.
Crispy onion rings, chicken avocado sandwich, cheeseburger and fries, pancakes, eggs over easy and bacon and sausage. Everyone at the table cleaned their plate!“

“This was one of the best IHOP's I have been to. We were greeted quickly by our waiter who sat us quickly and continued to give amazing service! He is the late night waiter and his sweet tea is delicious! We ordered the pancake combos and the 2x2x2. Delicious and cooked well breakfast spread. But the cookie 🍪 butter 🧈 pancakes 🥞 were the star! Run fast and order you some before they are gone! The parking can be intimidating but there is a street entrance as well as an entrance from the apartment garage that leads to the parking lot.“
