I had an order for 5 subs. I requested 2 made per menu, 2 of them meat & cheese only, 1 no tomatoes. 2 of the employees made comments about a ridiculous number of customizations & the tip better be good (to one other, but intentionally loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear). The other 2 were just standing around, they weren't busy. I didn't realize that JJ basically charged extra to NOT put toppings on their sandwiches? $80 for 5 subs and a guilt trip. Clearly the employees are trying to close down the store... too many other sandwich options out there. I suggest you avoid this one! I certainly will.

Dietary restrictions: Employees will COMPLAIN & a good tip is expected for this service (eye-rolling is free, though!).

You'd think when you're the only person in the store to order and there's 5 people working you'd get a freaky fast sandwich as the gimmick would imply.
Took 5 minutes the they that was making my sandwich kept chatting with the girl who took my order stopping multiple times.

Sad to see what once was a great business model be polluted with laziness. And to ask for a tip and to give one and not get even decent service is dissapointing.

i adore this jimmy john’s!!! the jj on arapahoe is legitimately the worst. they took my order, asked me if i was paying card or cash, i told them cash, 45 minutes then goes by. i call them for updates, they don’t answer. i then called on a different number and ofc they answer. only to tell me they can’t deliver. they are less than 5 minutes away from me. i called this store and they were more than happy to help!! even being more than 10 minutes from me, they kindly helped me out!! love them!

The Green Eyed Monster

I paid $8 for a sandwich and it had very little toppings and did not look like the menu picture whatsoever. I made my order online and asked for jalepenos and other additional toppings and did not receive them. I emailed corporate and sent them pictures and they said that each franchise is individually owned and that someone would reach out to me, it's been over 2 weeks and I've never been contacted.

Here's another company I will no longer patronize. Last year I was done with KFC when their prices went way up. Today I went to JJ's & got a 16" ham & turkey,bag of chips & cookie. $30 frickin dollars & then using my credit card it had the nerve to ask for a tip. Absurd. I will say the food is good but not worth spending that much. I hadn't been to JJ's in a while & this was a shock.Done!!!

Horrible experience. Came in around 6 on Sunday night. July 28. Made online order. The 2 lady's working were obviously drunk and high. " Could smell it". Young lady gives me my sandwich. Drops it. Laughs. Picks it up gives it to me laughing. Sandwich ruined and so embarrassed to even walk in there. Never again! Waste of my money. I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere

We ordered three sandwiches. Every single one of them had at least one thing wrong with them. Wrong toppings/no double meat/wrong condiments. It was a mess.
