This location is 'freaky slow.' I placed an online order 10 minutes ahead of pick up and still spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting for ONE regular sandwich to be made. And there were 5 people working! Ridiculous!

Why are they so slow now? Why are 2 employees just chillin… one not even in the front when you have customers and three online orders… while one person is preparing food? I used to work at JJs and this would have never been ok! Drivers and managers helped and this was absolutely not the case at this store! I felt so bad for the one in shop employee. Also why is the lettuce brown!?! This place is going way down hill! The vibe is awful too, at least it was today and the last few times I’ve been in! The one girl was nice, the place was clean, and the girl making the food was doing great trying to make the sandwiches well. If it wasn’t for her this would 100% be a 1 star review.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and this is my favorite location, hands down. And honestly, the reason is because of Trent!!! I’ve been coming to this location for at least two years, and Trent has consistently been so kind, welcoming and friendly! The sandwiches are always delicious, they always get my custom requests right. And again, Trent, makes me and my two young kiddos feel so welcome, even if my kiddos can be a little wild lol! I always remember fondly when Trent told me during one visit “next time you’re here, she’ll be walking!!” And even though months may pass between visits, he recognizes us and welcomes us in, celebrating new milestones of the young ones. So grateful for the friendly service and consistently delicious food. Until next time!! :)

Ordered a Tuna / lettuce rap. To go. Got home 10 miles away. It had only about the amount of a teaspoon of tuna....rest of it was shredded lettuce ( why it's a lettuce rap) cucumber & one tomato slice. (really) . What a waste of money. Really ,Really Bad.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my work. Every single time my sandwich is wrong or 20-30min late. But the worst is really the wrong sandwich. Ask for extra lettuce, get none, ask for no mayo, get tons, ask for oil and vinegar, get none. I feel like I should start marking what I actually want as “don’t include” and maybe I’ll get a shot at enjoying my lunch one of these days. Today’s sandwich has just chicken and sauce in it. Really disappointing. Find another location imo….
