been here more than 12 times the past year. Although it’s been great, you’ll end up with a 38% tip gratuity bill (you pay the hidden 18% gratuity tip plus another 20% tip on top). Unfortunately won’t be coming here again after the lady blatantly lied and said gratuity tip was not included before we paid. It wasn’t until I got my receipt and realized I tipped twice. rip???

This place likes to add a 18% tip every time that you cannot take off. The kicker is they do not tell you that a tip has already been added to the order . So they are having people tip two times and not telling them!!! We just had over $250 meal for 7 people. The tip option still came up for another tip!! That is robbery and not okay! Tipping is not required. And then the older woman in there decided it was okay to yell at us for asking why they want us to double tip! Will not be going to this establishment again. Very rude.

Horrible Service!! Apart from lying to me when I asked if the tip was included and the host GIAU flat out said "not yet" and the machine clearly showed (18%) tip which was $17 dollars, the front desk lady was getting passive aggressive with me when I never raised my voice or was rude. She tried to scam me when we were a party of THREE! 3!! I usually never comment on places but are you serious. Never coming back!!

My daughter and I had passed by several times going to Walmart and decided to stop in since I had heard great reviews and we were hungry for noodles. From the time we walked in to the time we checked out was amazing! Since it was our first time, our server (who was so kind) explained everything on the menu and how the process works, right down to the items on the conveyor belt (I absolutely LOVE this concept!!). He also explained that they have buttons where you can call your server if you need anything, so they're not bugging you while you have a mouth full of noodles (an awesome idea in my opinion). I ordered the mushroom soup/broth and my daughter, the chicken soup/broth. Both were delicious and I love the fact that you can put as much or as little ingredients as you want while cooking it yourself. We were talking to the couple on the other side of the conveyor belt and they too loved that they could make their own, that it's ideal for those who have either a finicky palette (like myself) or just want to try something different. I would also like to add that their Thai tea and mango peach Bobas are out of this world!

I have been coming to this place since it opened, been here multiple times with different groups and no problems. I recently came in with a group of 7 knowing we’re were going to sit at 2 different tables. However they made us split and sat us at 2 different areas across the dinning room with no possible way to interact with each other. The front of house manager (a lady) charged me 18 percent gratuity for the large group and when I tried to explain that we were no longer a large group because they made us separate into 2 separate groups and that we would each still tip, she started getting passive aggressive and was not willing to listen or help solve the issue. (We were a younger group all around our early 20s) I really like this place and have been here multiple times but I felt we were treated very unfairly. I have never had a bad experience like this at other hotpot restaurants, I don’t see myself or my group coming back here.
I received bad service here from the front desk, they were speaking rudely to me. I don’t recommend coming here.

Third week in a row that we've eaten here! The flavors are so addictive! Little pricey, but well worth it. I get the gf clear chicken broth all you can eat hot pot, and my favorite gf add ins are the succulent fatty Angus beef, the swai filet, peeled shrimp, crystal noodles, Napa cabbage, bamboo shouts, three different types of mushrooms, and so much more. All of this is made completely irresistible by dipping in the amazingly flavorful chili oil! They have a great selection at their sauce bar, so that you can personalize your dipping sauce experience. Can't get enough of this food!

We walked in they looked at us didn't say hi no friendly greeting just "how many" uhh okay we go to sit down and we thought a waitress didn't exist for 15 minutes the people that walked in after us got service before us they take our order after 20 minutes later we get our broth and 2 boba when the drinks come out they brought out the wrong boba for my boyfriend he apologized and said he will grab the one we had asked for we didn't see that boba ever again like what. For how expensive it was the food was the worst pho and ramen Ive personally ever had. Then we call the waitress over and she is so rude. My boyfriend asked for a sprite because we never got his boba. Theres like 3 people in here how difficult is it to get 1 sprite because once again took 30 minutes. We have a button to pay so we press it and she goes "what do you want." Then is mad when we tip 10% like after that service you expect 25%?. To top it all off the food was gross
