I always request for extra chicken as a replacement over corn…… every single time I go in or go through the drive though I always ask for extra chicken in the famous mash potato bowl. I never get the extra chicken that I asked for. I always get eight pieces of chicken when asking for extra chicken there should be more than just 8 pieces of chicken….. maybe you shouldn’t charge for the extra chicken if your not going to give the customer what they ask for…. $14 dollars isn’t a joke for a mash potato bowl with EXTRA CHICKEN IN IT!

Isn't the entire menu supposed to be available from open to close? In the last two weeks, on two evening occasions between 8 and 8:30pm, I was told either that the selection I requested (in this case chicken breasts) or the recipe (in this case Extra Crispy) was no longer available that day. Isn't that a violation? This needs to be addressed.

Worst KFC I've been to. Ordered food and the employees sounded annoyed. Got to thr window and charged me the wrong food. They looked more than fully staffed so I don't know what their problem was. I have also worked in fast food so I know how it is, but they had like 10 people in there. Worst experience ever.

Really KFC?!?! Ordered 8 piece chicken. Those 2 "wings" weren't even the size of one piece of chicken. And the leg? I've had bigger pieces of chicken from grocery store wings. Wow. Haven't been there in a while. Guess it will be a while again. Sad.
The guy at the inside checkout today (11/18) was so kind and welcoming to everyone who came in ! His friendly personality was contagious.

Ordered the new chicken strips which were horrible. They were super dry to the point that they were barely edible and were as chewy as beef jerky. They were also small and 12 strips for 30 dollars is nuts. Our order was also supposed to have 6 dipping sauces and we got none. Needless to say it will be our last visit. Go to Chick-fil-A or Canes for cheaper and much more edible strips (with sauce). Our daughter said they tasted like Tyson frozen strips that had been reheated 10 times. That about sums it up...
