Ordered the deep fried Thanksgiving turkey meal. The store was very well organized with all the pre orders organized by name and collection time, , the manager brought my order to my car and was very helpful. The staff were happy and were super polite, both when we went in to order the meal and on collection. Well done KFC!

We've gotten our Thanksgiving turkey here for the last 3 years. Their system for pickup has really improved throughout. These year they even had a kind worker walk it out to my car for me.

I have avoided KFC for years after many bad experiences but I decided to finally give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very nice and unusually attentive, greeting me and taking my order as soon as I walked in. The food was also hot, order was accurate, and they even packed extra condiments and utensils. I hope the service continues like this because this location finally won me back.

I always request for extra chicken as a replacement over corn…… every single time I go in or go through the drive though I always ask for extra chicken in the famous mash potato bowl. I never get the extra chicken that I asked for. I always get eight pieces of chicken when asking for extra chicken there should be more than just 8 pieces of chicken….. maybe you shouldn’t charge for the extra chicken if your not going to give the customer what they ask for…. $14 dollars isn’t a joke for a mash potato bowl with EXTRA CHICKEN IN IT!

Isn't the entire menu supposed to be available from open to close? In the last two weeks, on two evening occasions between 8 and 8:30pm, I was told either that the selection I requested (in this case chicken breasts) or the recipe (in this case Extra Crispy) was no longer available that day. Isn't that a violation? This needs to be addressed.
