This is the last time I will go to this location everytime they rush you thru your ordering process then the order is wrong this time the drinks were wrong and the famous bowls were not made how I asked also may put the chicken fried steak in a plastic container so your not eating the container with your food...i hate to complain but when you pay close to 50 dollars for fast food some respect and a correct order would be nice but at this location it happens everytime

Ordered a 12pc meal standard bucket and received thighs and legs only!!! No breast no wings. No butter for the biscuits!!! Tried to call the store they don't answer or the 1 time they did answer they hung up right away!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with nuggets and fries and I must say i was SO disappointed! The bread is dry and the chicken is very stale! The service was quick but the atmosphere smells very old and i don't do drive true anymore! Because the last time i did it, this dark skin person took a picture of my card and quess what happens in a few days? That person started to pay there amazon on auto pay with my card SMH so my bank began to investigate and they send me a new card... I don't like when they take my card and slide the window and be hiding my card! So people stop all drive-through and go into the store.

I was craving a chicken sandwich and thought I would stop and get lunch at KFC. - they know chicken right…? I got the sandwich combo with 2 sides .. I got fries which I could tell would have been delicious fresh- they were not. The sandwich was the original recipe with pickles and mayo. The chicken breast is overly battered and overcooked which doesn’t make for a great sandwich. I will try them one more time and go from there.

As far as American KFC goes (for some reason international KFCs are just better), this specific location has been the BEST experience I've had anywhere in the country for KFC.
I ordered a famous bowl with the chicken on the side. They ignored that after making me repeat myself seven times. And I ordered a four piece combo ALL WHITE MEAT... i should have known at that moment I wasn't getting anything fresh or anything I even ordered for that matter and still payed full price for food made 8 hours ago. I tried to give fast food a chance and the incompetence of the people they hired and allegedly trained to take orders completely ruined that for me. I'll just make it myself from here on our smh. I did not get what I paid for. I definitely feel like I have been robbed of my time money and patience.

I bought 2 packages of 8-piece chicken and in 1 package I was missing a piece. I bought two because there are several of us in my family and it doesn't seem to me that the order is not complete and there are missing pieces. I will no longer trust that branch.
