Had terrible service from Valentina. Was very rude and condescending for no reason at all. I understand people being frustrated if a customer is rude or snappy, we are all human but she snapped at me for no reason. Should definitely not be in customer service.

Chicken fried steak was like cardboard, instant mashed potatoes were watery and tasteless. The apple popovers were dry rocks. Worst I've had in years.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 8 piece $10.00 Tuesday special in original recipe from a clerk who apparently does not understand English well! I arrived home to find that my order was EXTRA CRISPY and contained 6 legs and two thighs instead of the Tuesday special of 4 thighs and 4 legs. I called to speak with a manager and reached the same drive thru window clerk who refused to transfer me to a manager! I advised the clerk of my issue and explained that I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to return my order. Clerk was not helpful and is not customer oriented! Will NEVER order from this place again. This place deserves a ZERO RATING! Chicken is dry and overcooked and stale and was not freshly cooked today!

I called to tell a manager about my order and how I ordered an 8 piece tender with one dipping sauce tenders that were cold and not even Crispy I had explained to the manager all that. She proceeded to tell me what she is not going to do because i'm an unsatisfied customer. She just kept saying my friend my friend. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me it. I Ordered an 8 piece dark mix, large mashed potatoes and gravy as well...She didn't even apologize.She proceeded to tell me to bring that food back so they can make me some fresh food.. Tell Me if I'm getting food for my children so I can go back to work from my lunch break. Please tell me my children are supposed to wait to eat? This is a prime example of a horrible boss. Ice needs to hurry up and get all of the illegals out of here. I dislike when people want the title, but don't wanna respectfully Do the job correctly... last but not Least she hung up in my face.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS LOCATION MY MONEY

We went today around 330pm and we were literally RUSHED through the drive through and there was no one behind us the whole time. I asked for things we didnt get because she was too busy rushing me to listen to what I was asking for. Slow down, especially if there is only one customer..it is not that serious.

I went there for my lunch, the lady's son was very rude in rushing us to get our order,he was very disrespectful by yelling at us and the lady with her phone recording us. The chicken was very dry and looked old, very disgusting, not friendly at all or respectful and he was threatening us to call the police if we didn't leave.

We come for the country fried steak meal, it's good & affordable. We like this particular store because of the friendly service, clean & orderly dining area & unlike a lot fast food places nowadays their soda dispenser actually works!
Update:. Today I tried their $5 meal deal with OR leg, thigh, biscuit & mashed potatoes; it was delicious. The chicken was so tender & juicy, I had to use extra napkins!
