They handed out our order to someone else and yelled at us when we requested a refund. They said to come back MONDAY to get a refund. The shift leader literally yelled at us. I paid 36 dollars for an 8 piece meal that they messed up and I can't get a refund. Now they said I have to wait 15 minutes for chicken. Yall handed out my order to someone else and now I am severely inconvenienced. This is wild. Will be contacting corporate. I have never been yelled at in a public setting.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pulled up to the drive thru to order and I was yelled and talked over while ordering. Then pulled forward to pay and was told to get my food and get lost. Not worth the janky sandwich that wasn't made correctly.

The staff is very friendly and they move really fast.It’s very interesting how they move so fast and what’s really cool (this is a small detail but i think is relevant) is how consistent the whole package is.Flavor is spot on always. Never a soggy piece of chicken, the boxed stuff is always in the same spot, ingredients of the box never mix.The management team and people in the front are very friendly and they always greet you with a smile and a “hello friend” if you decided to go in.I really like the freshness of the chicken honestly. This particular brach location redeemed KFC for me as I had several “soggy” and beyond greasy chicken before, from other locations.I’ll be back for more ?

Didn't get all of my order nd my pop didn't taste like mountain dew it tasted like alkaslzer .very disappointed I kept call to solve the issue but you never answered .I'm gonna be calling in the morning to talk to someone I'm advisable person no car I can't get there walking so that why I have it delivered to me this never happened until this evening . Nd I'm a regular customer and leave tips to door dash ..I want a meal I order not a half of a meal and none tasty pop thank you for nothing worse 25 dollar service I got ever
