Order 4 orders of cheese pizza puffs. They gave me pepperoni which we don’t eat. Didn’t realize it until kids were already eating so we ended up eating some of it. Called and she was nice but told me to check and talk to manager Tuesday. Manager was extremely rude and wanted proof 4 days later. Would have saved it if they had told me. Wouldn’t let me talk and refused to give me her bosses number. Hung up on me.

Twice I ordered from here, both times disappointed. Once I ordered the pretzel crust pizza & when I checked because I always do before I leave (you need to do this before you walk away) there wasn't any pretzel on there. Well the receptionist went back there & threw the can of garlic butter to the point where it was greasy. I thought about complaining again but it would be worse than the first. These workers here are just here to get paid not to provide a fresh pizza to the customers order. 2nd time the deep dish was burnt & I asked if they could re do it, well I'm pretty sure they just flipped it & made me wait 15min plus the following night I had cramps & the runs (enterotoxigenic e coli), needless to say these people do not wash their hands. I don't believe all LC are like this but I won't be coming back to this location. Despicable, should see the reviews what are they doin?!

Located in Buckley Palace (Quincy & Buckley), this is a spot. When you walk inside, you see so many unique people waiting for their food inside. The employees usually play music while grinding out a ridiculous amount of pizzas. The best thing about it is the customer service. They will fix any mistake and treat you respecfully, but I do recommend as with all lil Caes' that you check your food at the counter in case they made one. This crew works hard and is feeding so many locals every day. I wonder why there's so many low reviews. People obviously come back here a lot, and you see it. Very busy spot.
I recommend the Thin Crust Pepperoni. It's kinda of a texture thing for me, but so good too. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they gave me a cold cheese pizza?, the manager and employees having more fun than me eating this pizza right now , I mean it’s cheap pizza but they might as well say blackjack pizza for how bad it was, I’ll pay the extra 10$-5$ for an actual warm pepperoni pizza next time.

I tried to order as usual with the app, but it wasn't working. I ordered through the website but got an error saying there was an issue and I needed to call the store. Called and put in the order for pickup. When I went in, I waited behind two other customers. When it was my turn, after about 5 to 10 minutes, the guy said they had gotten my online order and the phone in order. So I had already paid. My pizzas were sitting on a cold rack. What I failed to do was look at the order. When I got home, I found that I had the 5 meat pizza, but the sausage and mushroom pizza was pepperoni and jalapeno. I did not want to run back, but the jalapeno was too spicy for my daughter to eat. I called, and they said that they still had the original order and I could come in and pick that one up. I asked for a fresh one since it was sitting on the rack for 30 minutes by that time and was going to take me at least 15 minutes to get there again. They said ok, so i drove another 15 minutes to get a new one. The woman behind the counter recognized me by name and went to the back to get my pizza. I assumed it was a fresh one. I checked and made sure it was sausage and mushrooms. When I got home, the pizza was sticking to the cardboard. There was cheese under the crust. It appears that they just took the original and heated it up again.
