Los Machetes is a must-visit taco truck in a parking lot, offering delicious and authentic Mexican food. The service is great, with orders taken at the window and delivered to tables under a canopy. Signature dishes include the Deshabrada, Al Pastor, and Machete de Asada, with the latter being a highly recommended endless quesadilla with pineapple and spice. The birria with cheese oozing out of the shell is another favorite. The watermelon aguas are not too sweet, and the homemade salsa is spicy and delicious. The outdoor ambiance is pleasant, especially when it’s not raining.
