It's unfortunate this place is getting to be very inconsistent with their quality. I order from them because it's across the street from me but the inconsistency and immature behavior within the restaurant is forcing me to go elsewhere. I pay for three toppings. One of three is about non-existent. The bread is in on the edge of well done which I didn't request. The worst part about it is when I walk in to pick up there are ALWAYS one + persons standing around goofing off. Do better.

We are sad to say we had an awful experience at my son’s favorite pizza place. 😔. We ordered a pepperoni magnifico at 7:33. The app said estimated time for pick up as 7:48. My husband got there for pick up at 7:55. He was told it was not ready yet, but would be in 5 minutes. 25 minutes later he went to check again, and the guy at the register said “oh, pepperoni? This one’s been siting here the whole time with no tag.” So my husband took the now cold pizza. He got home, only to find it’s just a regular pepperoni pizza, not what we ordered! Very disappointed .

2 employees in the back talking and laughing instead of helping customers and taking phone calls. I was their to pick up an order and the guy called it out and I said yes that's me and he ignored me and set it on the heat rack, Very sad. And so the food sat their and I sat their longer than needed to be. But the blatant disrespect is really pathetic. They need to find another line of work.

Called to order for delivery because the website wasn't working. Ordered the deluxe, light sauce, no mushrooms. There ended up being HUGE chunks of onion, I asked for 3 sauces, only got 2. I took pictures and would love to share but no option on here to do so.

The manager, Kaitlyn, truly leads by example. You can tell they care about creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees. They took the time to check on customers, ensuring everything was perfect.
The pizza? Absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. But what stood out most was the teamwork and dedication of the staff. It’s rare to find such a well-run establishment where everyone goes above and beyond.
Highly recommend this location for great food and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire team!
