They often don't cut the pizza at all. Most of the time their delivery driver has gone home. I'll admit it is a decent pizza for a reasonable price but the service from
angry, disrespectful teenagers just isn't worth it.

We ordered a Half Ham half Pepperoni pizza and a supreme pizza without pepperoni and they gave us Pepperoni on both sides. and on the Supreme pizza. We paid $70. At least the pizza was good.

The pizza is good but the service sucks. Went here after a long day of work. I went to the counter to grab my online pizza order. I could clearly see if on the rack in front of me. There were 7 workers and not a single one helped me out for 5 minutes. Even the ones that looked at me. I almost went around the counter to just grab it.

Ok my wife we had to try because they have a really good special on Tuesday BOGO and WOW loaded with ingredients huge sausage chunks and very tasty pizza! I recommend and will try you again next week! But looks like you have a new customer!

Turns out the automated service doesn't know when the store is closed!!! We ordered today 10/13. Website says it's open, Google says it's open. The store isn't open. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my order.

This store doesn’t honor corporate promotions for some reason. Right now there is an unlimited $6.99 medium one topping commercial running, but this store doesn’t honor it and instead charges $9.99. That’s a $3 disparity which is significant. Why?

We thought we would try this again, our pizza was cold, The cinnamon rolls were hard, the garlic bread was hard and all of this was cold when delivered to my house. Never again will we order from this place again!
Three strikes! After the third time, I am done with Marco's. Three times I have custom ordered a pizza and it has not been right. They were all simple additional toppings and were nothing complicated. They still charge for the extras, but do not put them on the pizza.
The first time, they were nice about it and made a new pizza with the toppings. Everyone makes mistakes, so I gave them another chance.
The second time, they were incredibly rude and remade a pathetic pizza that was tossed together and under-cooked.
One more chance. This last time, NONE of the customizations were on the pizza, but I was still charged for them. I did not check before I left with the pizza (my mistake).
The pizza tastes good, but I am done paying for pathetic service and non-existent toppings.

It's unfortunate this place is getting to be very inconsistent with their quality. I order from them because it's across the street from me but the inconsistency and immature behavior within the restaurant is forcing me to go elsewhere. I pay for three toppings. One of three is about non-existent. The bread is in on the edge of well done which I didn't request. The worst part about it is when I walk in to pick up there are ALWAYS one + persons standing around goofing off. Do better.
