Late night crew sucks and I everytime I go it’s a bad experience. Also the managers who’s is African American with an accent is incredibly rude with no good customer service why does she even work there. She was rude on the microphone and was shocked when I didn’t want food anymore I had to drive to a different location where the customer service is better. The night crew at this location needs to get it together.

This McDonald’s is closest to our home and we always order delivery. We always have something missing from our order from a drink, to sauces, and food. We had to pay extra just for buffalo when we had to drive there because they didn’t put it in our order which is already included with the nuggets. The girl with glasses and braids just told us that’s a DoorDash issue and proceeded to charge us for buffalo. It’s such an inconvenience that this store can never get it right especially the night crew. I swear it’s like they’re baked during their shifts. We also called Door dash and they said that’s a McDonald’s issue. DO BETTER.

Please put the sauce in the bag!!!!! This place is great but often I never get my sauces and it’s a very small problem but they are part of the best part of the food… no one wants dry nuggies and fries :(

Foods consistent with your everyday McDonald’s. However the employees here specifically the drive thru attendant at night is honestly one of the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever met. Attitude from the start, you actually hear her sigh through the speaker. You get to the window and even ruder. I’ll just end up going to the other location a mile further away. Not to mention the 25 minute wait from start to finish for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Location should staff accordingly and hire some people who at least some what care. Side note there was 8 cars when I pulled away. My order was also wrong. What a waste of time.

This is the worst location in a 5 mile radius…
They always forget something… Always!
Last week they forgot to double cheeseburgers… This week they forgot my extra order of nuggets.. Not sure if they’re doing this on purpose, but this is probably the worst McDonald’s… They get mad at you for checking your bag at the window and they Rush you out… Even though they made a mistake.
And on top of that, the food is never fresh
Just go to a different McDonald’s and skip this one….
There’s One on Parker and Quincy that’s much better… Avoid this place like the plague

I kept calling multiple times because i found hairs in my food and they wouldn’t answer at all or give me a refund.

What happened to the Sausage McMuffin? I used to love these. In the last month or two, based on taste, the quality has gone down. The sausage paddy is rubbery and sweeter. I have noticed this from two different stores.
