About Mee Ramen

Mee Ramen is a small, unassuming spot, a hole-in-the-wall gem. The ramen is excellent and did not disappoint. The miso ramen was chef's kiss perfection with a rich, flavorful broth and chewy noodles. The black garlic tonkotsu is excellent and refined, possibly a favorite broth. The truffle tonkotsu ramen is also flavorful and high quality, with top notch toppings like the pork and broccolini. The broth is not too fatty. The croquettes are delicious. The service is super sweet. However, the restaurant can be very hot inside, like a sauna. Despite the heat, the ramen is so good that it is absolutely worth a return visit.
