The tall gentleman behind the bar was good. The rest of the staff needs to be terminated. There was only 4 tables, counting us and they could not give good service. Never seen anything like it. The food was good and I loved the decor and atmosphere. They could do so much better business with a whole new staff who knows what they are doing.

My wife is from India and her and my daughter wanted Chai (chaw NOT ch-eye). The waitress corrected my daughter on it. Really?

Everything about this restaurant is 5 star. 1st let's start with the the server. Adam, He was the best. I am very critical about service. That is really big with me. Adam gave us 5 star service. He knew the menu and gave us great remediations.

I had dinner at Monsoon restaurant in Southlands mall. It was my first time. We were a party of 4. What a lovely experience. The food was fantastic. Adam was our waiter and gave us great recommendations for dishes and was very knowledgeable. The portions were huge, we all had leftovers. The owner/manager was very hands on and went to all tables to greet the patrons and make sure everyone felt welcome. Thanks for the great experience.

One of my favorite Indian spots. High end quality without skimming on flavor. It's so good.

Adam was our waiter for this delicious meal. His friendly manner and knowledge made for a great experience. He took wonderful care of us. The korma was the best I have had and the chicken was perfectly tender and the sauce was full of flavor, it came out hot, always a win for me.

makes me sad to write this because this used to be one of my favorite Indian restaurants anywhere. I've eaten Indian food all over the U.S. and even in India, and for years I would have put this place at the very top of my list.
I'm a regular customer and have literally traveled from other states just to eat here. I talked this place up so much to my family and partner before bringing them in because I was excited for them to experience the food I had always loved.
Unfortunately, my last three visits were nothing like I remembered. The lamb korma, which is usually my go to dish, was missing the rich flavor that made me keep coming back. The samosas were especially disappointing, they looked and tasted more like frozen pizza bites than the fresh, flavorful samosas I was used to getting here.
What made it worse was seeing the reaction from my family after I had hyped this place up so much. They just weren't impressed, and honestly, I couldn't blame them.
Even the atmosphere felt different. This place used to have a warm, welcoming feeling with smiling faces and positive energy. Now it feels more rushed and impersonal. The staff seemed serious and disconnected, and the overall vibe just wasn't the same.
