The tibet is flavorful and spicy, while the veggie combo comes with multiple lentil items, cabbage, and red beets, served with extra Injera. The baklava is a delightful treat with fragrant rose water and cardamom. The owner serves freshly ground Ethiopian coffee with frothed steamed milk, and the food is made fresh daily with ingredients from Ethiopia.
