This was my favorite restaurant but it closed during COVID. I am writing this review because I hope the owners are encouraged to open a new location

We found Nom Nom from an employee. He lives nearby and loves it so we ordered it for lunch during a long work day. It was so fresh and light but filling. I was so impressed. That was about a year ago and now we find any excuse to get Nom Nom for lunch when we are working. My favorite is the noodle bowls with Five Spice Chicken, cucumbers, avocado, bean sprouts, and fried shallots. Plus the Nom Nom sauce is awesome. Not only is the food excellent but every interaction I've had with the staff has been great. Friendly, kind, efficient. Plus they are fast. Nom Nom is definitely my go to lunch now (when I'm at our business or otherwise)!

I used to love their food but last time I ordered here the meat was so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it. Changed the starts from 5 to 1.

I love this place really simple I go every time I have to go to UCHealth about once a month. They were closed today and I was really bummed!

This is my go to healthy restart spot. Whenever I need a good healthy, filling, tasty meal, I order Nom Noms. A true modern twist on classic cuisine.

Well, I 'll keep this review as short and as painless as I can. Totally unimpressed with the food and atmosphere. My wife and I, and two grandchildren just came from there. We arrived at 5:30pm, what you would expect to be the peek of prime time eating. The place was empty except for staff. Not impressed with the menu. I had the Saigon bowl the wife and kids had rice bowls with chicken and beef. The meats in the steam table were cold and uncovered, and dried out. The white rice was brought from the kitchen fridge and was cold. My rice noodles were cold. For $56.00 I would of rather gone to my Favorite sit down Pho restaurant, and had table side service, and great food and atmosphere. Or gone next door to Noodles and Company. For much less of a bill. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any of my friends , or family.

Amazing food and fast! I've only had the bahn mi but it was great. You choice your protein and then they load any toppings you want like pickled daikon and bean sprouts. So so good.

Excellent place to eat, the staff was amazing. I have never been there before and they guided me through the menu and helped me pick the perfect meal. Price was great, arrival 5 wish I could have scored it higher. ??

The food seemed a bit pricey for the portion size and the taste, well it wasn't amazing. Prices posted online were different from what was listed on the wall of the restaurant. It was really a no-frills lunch. I wouldn't associate 'nom nom' with this place.

Excellent food and while they have a small menu, everything was fresh and tasty. Was not disappointed and wish they had this in the Springs!

Nom Nom has been a family favorite of ours since they opened. Unfortunately the quality and freshness has drastically declined recently. The meat is often very old and dry. Tonight the people working at 645 said all of the meat was cooked at 4- sitting out for almost 3 hours?! Didnt even look edible or safe to eat. We love supporting this small business but are sad that some of the seemingly newer staff are lazy and rude
