The parmesan chicken was burnt which made the whole meal taste burnt. Visibly burnt. It shouldn't go out like that. Wasted money.

accidentally put in an order at the wrong location, which usually a chain restaurant will understand mistakes happen and make an order at the correct location. My kids were sick and I just wanted a quick pickup. When told of the honest mistake and requested the kindness of making the order at the correct location, staff were rude and insisted we pay for a new order or drive 30 minutes to pick up from the other one. Won’t be going back.

I am torn because the food tasted amazing and the staff was so nice, but the food 100% gave me and my partner food poisoning. I've been sick all night and it's currently 4:45am the next morning. I had the gluten free alfredo with chicken, and my partner had the spicy korean noodles.

Noodles has never done me dirty until today and today was the worst possible day for it! I’m on my period, I’ve had a shit day, and all I wanted was some Mac n cheese. But NO I get sent some dry ass noodles with no sauce and I’m sobbing.

Usually don't have a problem with waiting in line for things but it took 10 mins for someone to take my order. I ordered the penne rosa with Parmesan chicken and when I got home to eat my food, there wasn't even any chicken in it
Is sauce no longer included with the pasta? I have not been to this one in a long time but there used to actually be sauce on the pasta. This is the driest pasta I have ever had. Unfortunately it was take out so I did not see it until I got home.

The only diet drinks they had was Dr. Pepper and we asked 2 times if they could refill the Coke Zero. The one girl came up to the machine and talked to the other employee with the product box in hand and left. Asked again, and this time she asked that employee to change it, and he changed something. Just not sure what it was. The portions are so small now. We used to share a large bowl, now it is the size of the small. Just going down hill.
