Employees are not very polite or attentive. The entire place was dirty and we had to ask to get one of the 10 open tables cleaned so we could sit. The food was just not very good. I like sauce on my noodles, but they killed the noodle with sauce by drowning it in an oily soup.

18 hours after my visit to this establishment, sitting here * wishing I'd been a little more forthright when I was there. Have not been here since December 2024. With my family last night, I ordered pad thai with shrimp, and 5 dumplings. The main was good, but the dumplings were cold. Not cold, like they cooled off after sitting a while, but 'cold' like they either just thawed and they never felt steam, it they were not cooked enough. I asked for a remake because of the error, and returned to my family. I had to ask for my remake when I was done with my meal, and apparently they were set aside. I may not have gotten them if I hadn't said something. The bottom of the bowl was hot, and I felt better thinking that they would be better. But instead, my dumplings were room temperature, maybe slightly warmer. So now, I'm writing this review from my bathroom. I'm not happy, you only got two stars because your restaurant was clean and the initial staff who took my order was very nice. Considering, the only thing I really ate yesterday was from this establishment and a few nutrigrain bars ... I'm blaming you for my current time in a 30 square foot room. Fix this, or I will never come back again.

Honestly zero stars for all Hope was disrespectful to me They got my order wrong and that’s fine mistakes happen but when I was waiting for my order hope rudely told me to “move” her ass needs to be fired if she out here talking to customers like that. When I got my order she told me “here” In a rude way and Alejandro didn’t tell her anything. This store needs to re train all their employees even the manager. When I opened my bag for the kids meal I ordered it wasn’t even closed and they had but the fork inside already like they were ready to eat it. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to the noodles and company for about six months right now and I get the same order the Alfredo pasta and the taste always hits but today I ordered I got the wrong order and I went back. The stuff were nice. They said they gonna remake it for me But again the chicken was raw. The noodles very dry and not even well cooked. it was no taste on the food absolutely no taste and for a restaurant to make the food twice and it still there’s no taste. It’s absolutely insane.

Tried the crispy bacon chicken Alfredo it came with little to no sauce and 0 flavor tasted like boiled broccoli the noodles were also hard almost like they weren’t cooked all the way my boyfriend got the buffalo Mac and cheese with no onions and they covered the entire top with onions for almost 50$ worth of food I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back
