I always say there is never an excuse to be rude. I was in a rush and trying to order a Bundt cake through their website. The earliest pick up time available online was 30 minutes out. I called the store directly and spoke with Hannah and she informed me that they do not take orders over the phone. She was extremely polite and trying to be helpful. She mentioned that if I came into the store, they could decorate a cake in about five minutes. I offered to pay over the phone, but...
