Hot pot is a traditional East Asian cuisine where you boil ur choice of soup and add ur choice or meat and veggies to it. The table has stove tops to do this and you can choose what you want for the order. There is a salad bar where you customize your sause to go with the meal that you will prepare.This specific restaurant was my first hotpot and I was excited abt it. I really liked it. Making your own meal is the fun part apart from having food from right the stove.

new favorite hot pot spot. love that everything gluten free is labeled on the menu. try the spicy and kimchi soup mixed, or the dark chicken broth. I added a ton of garlic right away in the chicken broth and it was perfect. theyre very attentive, you can of course order more as you go (all you can eat). don't forget the condiment station in the back, sweet chili sauce siracha are must havesDietary restrictions: GF labeled on the menu
