Service was very slow. Tge person at register was not doing orders in the order they were ready. She was not bagging up food and forgot half my order

The food is okay but this little old man i think he's the manager his name tag was bhanu. He has the WORST attitude and treats his employees like garbage I honestly feel sorry for them this dude needs to be fired ASAP. I'm a manager myself and I can tell he doesn't know how to run an establishment. Everytime I come in all I see is him barking orders at everyone while he sits in the lobby with the AC running watching videos on his phone, while everyone is working hard in the heat. On top of everything he needs to get his team new uniforms sometimes when I go in multiple days throughout the week I can tell they have the same clothes on and asked them they said its the only one they have. This guy has no business trying to be anyone's boss.

If the general manager is out, it is the best restaurant of pandas express. If he is there, they are all stressed out, they will be reprimanded in the worst VOCAL way possible and they will be pushed to the limit. I will never go there, I recommend you do the same.

Order was incomplete, phone number on the receipt was wrong, and then when I tracked down the right number they wouldn't pick up the phone. Will not be coming back

There were a bunch of us next-door at GameStop in line for the Pokémon drop. When your store opened your manager at this location an older gentleman let anybody use the restroom that was in the line except my adult kiddo. My kid was told they had to purchase food to use the restroom even though many people in our group ordered food from that location this morning. My kid was completely discriminated and was not allowed to use the restroom even though the manager was letting anybody else in line use the restroom. Once again, this is complete discrimination.

Food is still good depending on the day but the portion of food given now for the price doesn't equal out. Full price for half the portions now, might as well learn to cook this dish myself on Google.
