There were a bunch of us next-door at GameStop in line for the Pokémon drop. When your store opened your manager at this location an older gentleman let anybody use the restroom that was in the line except my adult kiddo. My kid was told they had to purchase food to use the restroom even though many people in our group ordered food from that location this morning. My kid was completely discriminated and was not allowed to use the restroom even though the manager was letting anybody else in line use the restroom. Once again, this is complete discrimination.

Food is still good depending on the day but the portion of food given now for the price doesn't equal out. Full price for half the portions now, might as well learn to cook this dish myself on Google.

Highly disappointed in last night's meal. Brocoli was practically raw. Sweet fire chicken breast had so much heat in it I couldn't eat it. Not sure who's running this place? Go to the other one by Walmart.

I ordered delivery tonight through the Panda Express app for my daughter and I. When I immediately noticed missing items (my daughters apple crisps, my rangoons and spring rolls) I thought, no biggie, I can contact and get a refund for those items. NOT! The site just errors when I click “I need help with my order” and resets the page. People online suggested to call the store. No answer multiple times. Tried to do the survey to get it across and there’s NO store number on the receipt or a survey number as it is requesting. Just a QR code which I used! Last time I ordered from this location I had the exact same issue but I was also missing my kiddos drink on top of my sides. I let it go that time. I won’t this time. And when I tasted the food just now? The Beijing beef was dry and stale as well as the rice and part of it was still FROZEN I am so disappointed. I will never suggest or order from this location again. I’m over this. ?

Update: FINALLY got through to the store. I was transferred to who I assume is the manager. She said she cannot give me any sort of refund. She said the best she could do is have me come in to the store TOMORROW (it’s for dinner tonight, why would I come in tomorrow?!) for a replacement of those items. What the hell??!

This place is way better than the one near the Target in Aurora. Staff are actually nice and really generous with their portions. Food is fresh and delicious and the staff actually smile and appreciate your business! I'll gladly drive a few extra minutes from now on!

The manager at this stores has no idea of how to treat customers, extremely rude, he cut me off and didn't let me finish what I was saying. I totally do not recommend this place due that

You’ll be lucky if they have any food past 8:30. Multiple times you will go in to a selection of the oldest crustiest looking selection of crappy lunch room looking food you’ve seen. The staff is rude and acts excited to tell you they don’t have something. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 min to a different location

I mean it is just Panda so expectations weren’t high, but the orange chicken was pretty old and dry. We got an egg roll and a 12 piece crab Rangoon, and they gave us four sweet and sour sauce packets. I guess I needed my annual reminder that their food is bad.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express as we are leaving on vacation tomorrow for South Carolina, our kids wanted Chinese and my wife found this Panda Express. Service was friendly and very accommodating, the food was hot and loved that they had the bowls. We got Beijing beef with lo mein, spicy sweet and sour chicken with lo mein, crispy walnut shrimp with fried rice, side of lo mein, crab ragoons and vegetable spring rolls. Place was clean and if you like Panda Express this is worth trying, just need to be sure if you need soy sauce or teriyaki sauce make sure you ask for it, we ended up with all sweet and sour sauce lol.
