Im grateful for both the food and kindness of the staff at this Panera location. Mimi especially was kind to me when I was staring blankly at an unfamiliar menu. She helped me get a breakfast order that hit the spot. The food came quickly, the space was clean and bright and I left feeling much better than I did when I walked in.

Order a full sandwich with au jus. Paid for a full sandwich and onion soup, because they didn't know what au jus was...only got a half sandwich and onion soup. Soup was good, but still got ripped off for a full sandwich... shame food was good, but won't go back

This location is consistently wonderful. The staff is always personable and warm. When they take your order it frequently feels like a friend talking to you, which can be a really refreshing feeling during the day! My order is always correct and hot/fresh.

I ordered through the Panera app last night and my order was not delivered (through DoorDash). The manager working that night was so helpful and nice. Even though it was 20 minutes to close she called DoorDash to see what could be done and made sure I received a refund. She told me I could place the order again even 10 minutes to close and she would put it together herself. Unfortunately, the app didn’t let me do this because the store was about to close, so when I called back, the manager was so sweet and even offered to take it over herself at the end of her shift (I’m very sick and probably sounded terrible). The service was great even though the outcome wasn’t what I wanted. Very thankful for this managers thoughtfulness and assistance.

I called Panera Bread on Colfax in Aurora today 10/24/2024 @2:46 and ask to speak with a manager on how they do employment verification both mangers were very rude one decided to hang up in my face then when I called back they had an employee answer . I don't understand what type of customer service they have and it looks to me they do not care about there employee because what if there actions effected the employees situation instead of taken my information and verifying what company I was from
