Home made Filipino food in Denver... Amazing! All the staffs were courteous, it's a special event for Mother's Day so it's buffet, always kept everything clean and replenished . Food is definitely authentic and nostalgically good.
Our first time at Borealis . . . everything was so good. Our server was so pleasant: she checked on us frequently without being intrusive, and she was patient and helpful. The food was great as well. The dining room is large and open, so it was a little noisy when we first were seated during happy hour. But as several diners left, it was more pleasant.

The staff is known for their good customer service, owning up to mistakes and making amends. The food is good and phenomenal, from appetizers to burgers to entrees. The service from the bar is great and the drinks are very tasty. The chicken sandwich and the Ahi tuna appetizer are very good. It is an enjoyable place to dine with a quiet atmosphere. The staff is attentive and helpful, making Borealis a standout hotel restaurant experience.
