I have no idea what happened to this location, used to be my go-to. For the last few months, every order is wrong, missing items, wrong items being delivered with no care in the world. Whenever you call, employees just try and pawn you off and try their best to get you off the phone. No accountability, no sense of urgency, and not even a simple apology for the fact that they let the door dash person walk out with the wrong order and now you have to wait an extra hour for your food. Is there no system in this joint to verify what order is being picked up for delivery....c'mon meow!

Breanna is such an angel. She treats me so nicely whenever I come in. This is literally the only Papa John’s I will go to. Bre always makes sure to be patient with me even when the store is busy. Her customer service is out of this world. She deserves a raise! I’m so thankful whenever she’s working.

Samantha the manager has completely ruined my experience and time with papa johns. Papa john is my absolute favorite i order almost every day!! even from different locations! ive shopped here multiple times and even had to stop coming for a while because I ordered my pizza well done and she said they dont do that and that if i wanted it burnt to take it home and cook it .. WELLL i ordered yesterday as I have for within the past few weeks and my pizza was burnt you could taste the char on the bottom I went up there cause I ordered delivery for it to be remade and she made me a new one the exact same way BURNT .. so as i tried to get her attention she kept walking off another employee who wasnt even on the clock had to come ask me whats wrong and i told him i didnt want any trouble just ask her to refund me .. he told me she told him to tell me take my pizza and leave .. she never once came to the register until i was speaking with Bre and as she was she what she could do for me Samantha came and took the whole drawer out the register and made it to where they couldnt even refund me !! SHOUT OUT TO BRE , QUINCY (who i spoke with a few times about this issue), and the guy who helped me yesterday but Samantha needs a consequence period, AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER i deserved better!! as a manager your customers should never feel as if they are not important enough for you to help them .. IF YOU LOVE YOUR JOB DO IT CORRECTLY OR MOVE OVER AND ALLOW SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO BE THERE THE OPPORTUNITY TOO

Avoid this store, they use Door Dash for delivery and none of them have change or bring the proper items… last three times have been errors or no change or don’t understand… horrible service… pizza is ok at best and Mgr Brea was extremely rude!!!

Please hire more staff at this location. I ordered pick up at 5pm for 7pm and didn’t get my order until 8pm… 3 staff members on a Friday night is unacceptable. I worked for papa John’s when I was a teen, and papa John’s was never this understaffed on the weekends.
