Samantha the manager has completely ruined my experience and time with papa johns. Papa john is my absolute favorite i order almost every day!! even from different locations! ive shopped here multiple times and even had to stop coming for a while because I ordered my pizza well done and she said they dont do that and that if i wanted it burnt to take it home and cook it .. WELLL i ordered yesterday as I have for within the past few weeks and my pizza was burnt you could taste the char on the bottom I went up there cause I ordered delivery for it to be remade and she made me a new one the exact same way BURNT .. so as i tried to get her attention she kept walking off another employee who wasnt even on the clock had to come ask me whats wrong and i told him i didnt want any trouble just ask her to refund me .. he told me she told him to tell me take my pizza and leave .. she never once came to the register until i was speaking with Bre and as she was she what she could do for me Samantha came and took the whole drawer out the register and made it to where they couldnt even refund me !! SHOUT OUT TO BRE , QUINCY (who i spoke with a few times about this issue), and the guy who helped me yesterday but Samantha needs a consequence period, AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER i deserved better!! as a manager your customers should never feel as if they are not important enough for you to help them .. IF YOU LOVE YOUR JOB DO IT CORRECTLY OR MOVE OVER AND ALLOW SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO BE THERE THE OPPORTUNITY TOO

Avoid this store, they use Door Dash for delivery and none of them have change or bring the proper itemsā¦ last three times have been errors or no change or donāt understandā¦ horrible serviceā¦ pizza is ok at best and Mgr Brea was extremely rude!!!

Please hire more staff at this location. I ordered pick up at 5pm for 7pm and didnāt get my order until 8pmā¦ 3 staff members on a Friday night is unacceptable. I worked for papa Johnās when I was a teen, and papa Johnās was never this understaffed on the weekends.

Shout out to manager Bre who was the absolute sweetest on the phone & helped me out with adding the extra peppers on my order after my mess up! She needs a raise for taking care of things so swiftly. Pizza got here with everything else we ordered & on time!
Food was undercooked. The heavy set Lady manager with blonde hair was extremely rudeā¦ I asked for her name and she wouldnāt give it to me. I had to ask another employee for her name and he said it was SAMANTHAā¦Never ordering Papa Johns again. Very bad attitude toward employeesā¦ If I could give a zero star rating I wouldā¦.happy holidays I guess š

You can probably get better flavor from the carboard of a post office box than the pizza they make here. Absolutely dreadful. Pizza dough is harder to chew than beef jerky. Never againā¦.delivery driver was in good spirits. Props to him. Disgusting pizza
