Please hire more staff at this location. I ordered pick up at 5pm for 7pm and didn’t get my order until 8pm… 3 staff members on a Friday night is unacceptable. I worked for papa John’s when I was a teen, and papa John’s was never this understaffed on the weekends.

Food was undercooked. The heavy set Lady manager with blonde hair was extremely rude… I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I had to ask another employee for her name and he said it was SAMANTHA…Never ordering Papa Johns again. Very bad attitude toward employees… If I could give a zero star rating I would….happy holidays I guess 😒

You can probably get better flavor from the carboard of a post office box than the pizza they make here. Absolutely dreadful. Pizza dough is harder to chew than beef jerky. Never again….delivery driver was in good spirits. Props to him. Disgusting pizza

I just want to give a huge shout out to Papa John’s! Our order was compromised on Saturday this last weekend No fault of them or us. Tonight we decided to order another pizza and they outdid themselves. Not only did they send us an amazing pizza, but Bre the manager sent an awesome note with a sweet treat! After a really stressful day at work, this was ultimately the highlight of my day! Thank you Papa John’s for taking care of us. Not only did you deliver an awesome pizza and sweet treat, but you restored my faith in good customer service! Thanks again Bre… you made my night! And thank you to the driver for delivering so timely! Appreciate you so much!

Ordered a papadia, it was torn in multiple pieces and could not even be held. I ordered first online and waited 15 minutes inside their store after them telling me it will be out in 5. It took me 10 minutes to drive there after ordering as well. Extremely hot in the restaurant.
Ordered pizza for delivery 07-02-2024. Their tracking system showed my pizza was prepared and cooked fairly quickly, but then it just sat in the store for probably 45 mins. The total delivery time was about 1hr 20 mins which seems excessive, being That Domino's seems to deliver in about 30-40 mins. They must be short some drivers? Is it quicker to order Papa Johns through a delivery service Like Door Dash(serious question)? The Driver was friendly. I don't think they should be tipping drivers a percentage of the food. I delivered pizzas when I was in my 20's for about 3 years and we would generally would get tipped between $2-$5 per delivery(at that time $5 was an excellent tip, maybe not in 2024?) and there wasn't a outrageous delivery fee either. Delivering pizzas was literally the 2nd easiest job I ever had. Now they want 20-25% of the total food cost that's ridiculous. I waited tables too and that was one of the most hellish difficult jobs I ever had, so 20% tips are totally understandable.
The food was not bad, I ordered extra sauce and cheese on my pizza so I figured I better select the well done option but I don't believe it was cooked longer. The cookie was airy and dry, instead of dense and moist. The cheese bread was delicious but came with a tiny portion of sauce. Won't be ordering Papa John's again Anytime soon

Ordered pizza it took an hour and a half to get to us. Straight garbage then the sent a saying it was delivered and it was not. Called and they gave a lame excuse. With an attitude! Then. When it finally got here it was super cold!
