MH Nutrition is definitely one of the best nutrition spots in Aurora. The food and drinks are actually really good, especially the protein waffles and shakes, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making everything taste good while still keeping it nutrition-focused. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean, chill, and feels very community-oriented.
