“Had a great experience with take-out from here. I placed in online order which was ready within 15 mins. The food was very fresh and seasoned perfectly. I ordered a zucchini noodles dish and was worried is would be mushy by the time I got home. But the zoodles were cooked perfectly. Will definitely order from this location again!“

“Update: I finally heard back from their guest relations dept. on April 17th. They apologized for their reply taking so long and sent me a gift card so I could give them a try again. It's too bad it took over a month but I appreciate their efforts in making things right therefore I'm increasing my review from 1 star to 4.
Original review: I have posted this many times on their Facebook page over the last few weeks with no response so obviously they don't care about their customers. Ordered the Green Goddess salad on March 12 along with 3 other entrees from the Quincy and Buckley location. The salad was missing both the chicken and hard boiled egg. Was very disappointed I paid $13.25 for a salad with no protein. Restaurant was already closed so I filled out questionnaire they sent me. Heard back right away the next day from Alejandro Serna from their support team asking me for information on my order so they could make it right. I sent that info the next day. Never heard anything so emailed again on March 25. It's now April 9th and I still haven't heard anything. It'll be a long time, if ever that I give them my business again. Really sad that a Colorado based company that I have given so much business to doesn't care about their customers. ☹“
